Computer Controlled Drainage Pipe Sewage Pipe Inspection Robot​ is a product designed on the basis of industrial Windows system. During the testing, defect pictures are acquired; afterward, a testing report can be obtained immediately. In addition, a pipeline gradient curve can be obtained in time during the testing to determine the sediment condition inside pipeline. Fish-eye lens is used, integrating "PipePano pipeline panorama testing video analysis software" , so as to generate the panorama image of inner wall of the pipeline, analyze and determine more finely and quantitatively (measurement on pipe diameter, crack width and so on).

This system is composed of a joystick box, manual cable drum, crawler and camera. The manual cable drum is lightweight, it is easy for transportation and operation. The most important improvement is we use a Windows laptop not a traditional controller to control. It is equipped with a joystick, you can control both on laptop and joystick. The customer can use any type of Windows laptop as a controller

It is mainly used for pipe, sewer, drain inspectrion. The device is equipped with powerful lights and portable power supply. The longest cable can be 300 meters according to the requirements of customers. It is a waterproofed product that can be immersed into water up to 10 meters.
